What does "PSARA licensed" actually mean?+
PSARA is the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. Anyone deploying security guards in India needs a licence to operate. Ours is current across Maharashtra — ask for the number and go verify it yourself. We'd rather you did.
Which parts of Maharashtra do you cover?+
Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Kolhapur, Solapur and Amravati — plus the districts around them.
How fast can you deploy guards?+
Usually within a few days of the site survey. Larger or multi-site deployments take longer, because screening and training come first and we're not going to skip them to hit a date.
What does a security guard cost?+
Depends on shift length, post type and location — so we quote after seeing the site. You get a firm written rate, not a vague per-head number that quietly changes later.
Do you also do housekeeping?+
Yes. Housekeeping teams can run under the same supervisor and the same contract, so you keep one point of contact instead of chasing three different vendors.
What happens if a guard doesn't turn up?+
That's the entire reason we exist. Relievers are built into the roster, supervisors check attendance in person, and there's a written escalation path per post. A post going empty is an incident we answer for — not a scheduling inconvenience.
